Our Commitment

Your satisfaction matters to us. As a food product made fresh, Thekua cannot be returned once delivered, but we offer replacements or refunds in genuine cases described below.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong pack size or an item is missing, reach out within 48 hours and we'll correct it immediately at no extra cost.

How to Request

Email us at contact@gheethekua.in or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and details. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch (within a few hours of placing). Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled but is covered by the conditions above.
